Refund Policy

Zion Roadside, a division of Flipping Automotive LLC, aims to provide honest, transparent service. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds may be issued for services rendered.

1. Service Cancellation

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellation:
    Customers may cancel a service request at no charge if the technician has not yet been dispatched.

    • If canceled after dispatch but before arrival, a $25 call-out fee may apply.

    • If canceled upon or after arrival, no refund will be issued unless service was declined by the technician for safety or technical reasons.

2. Incomplete Services

If we are unable to complete a service due to mechanical complexity or environmental conditions (e.g., vehicle inaccessible, unsafe to work on), a partial refund may be issued, minus a call-out/diagnostic fee (typically $25–$40 depending on travel time).

3. Dissatisfaction with Service

We stand behind our work. If you believe a service was performed improperly:

  • Contact us within 7 days of service.

  • We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer:

    • A return visit to correct the issue (if within scope),

    • A partial or full refund (if we are found at fault).

4. No Refunds for:

  • Services performed correctly but vehicle continues to have unrelated issues

  • Parts purchased and installed at customer request

  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances outside of our control

5. Warranty-Related Returns

Labor is covered under our 30-day limited service warranty. If a return visit is required due to a service-related defect, we will schedule a resolution at no charge.
